About Us

Grace in Action is a faith-based community ministry serving homeless individuals by providing church sponsored compassionate care, spiritual companionship, rest and respite, and referrals to local agencies.

Our ministry has proven to be an important link between the most underserved homeless and agency shelter programs.

Grace in Action is uniquely positioned to serve the most vulnerable and underserved homeless in Yolo County by bridging the gap between our community of giving and local agency programs.
