Grace in Action is a faith-based community ministry serving homeless individuals by equipping the church to provide compassionate care, spiritual companionship, rest and respite, and referrals to local agencies. Our ministry has proven to be an important link between those struggling with homelessness and agency shelter programs.
Grace in Action is uniquely positioned to serve the most vulnerable individuals in Yolo County by bridging the gap between our community of giving and local agency programs.
